Alexander visits Ferrari

We’ve just got our employee Alexander back home from his trip to Ferrari. Alex, alongside the DTU Roadrunners team, won third place in the Drivers World Championships at Shell Eco-Marathon. The price was an invitation to the Ferrari factory in Maranello, Italy.

Here they got a glimpse of where they make the engines and assemble the beautiful cars. But such a trip wouldn’t be complete without a racing match though. They raced against the other winner teams from Holland and France on the Monza racetrack in one of Ferrari’s many F1 simulators. The DTU Roadrunners even beat one of Ferrari’s employees by 1 second. As seen in the photo below, Alexander, with the fastest time, won a cap with the signature of the racing drivers Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc. Also, Blurred in the background is the Ferrari 488 that won the Le Mans GTE Pro class in 2019… No wonder he’s stoked about his trip.
